BLUE CROSS RIVERRINK SUMMERFEST

Looking for some summer fun in Philadelphia? Well thanks to the support of the Independence Blue Cross, the Blue Cross RiverRink SummerFest is back for it’s fourth season! Attendees can enjoy Philly’s only outdoor roller skating rink, as well as other rides, games, and foods to enjoy!

The Midway

Release your inner child and enjoy the carnival atmosphere at The Midway. Take a ride on the 60 ft Ferris Wheel to get a great look at Philadelphia, or a spin on the Carousel! All your favorite carnival games will be available, so be sure to bring some extra cash to enjoy! The Ferris Wheel and Carousel only cost $4 each, with each carnival game ranging from $2 – $5.

Mini Golf

Test your putt putt skills at The Artful Golfer, a 9-hole course available near the rink! Each hole was designed by local artists using recycled materials, such as an arcade game, a bed frame, and a ship wheel! The best part about this course is even if you stink at Mini Golf, you can still have a great time examining the art throughout the course. The best part? Tickets are only $5 per person.

Food & Drink

SummerFest brings the best summer foods you could get in the area. Relax and cool off in the air-conditioned area of Chickie’s and Pete’s Waterfront Crabshack. Chickie’s and Pete’s also features a few TV screens, arcade games, and a great view of all Summerfest has to offer. Grab a cone or a milkshake at Franklin Fountain Clubhouse Cabin on the weekend! Or if you’ve left the kids behind, hit the bar at the Waterfront Crabshack! Featuring a variety of local beers and summer cocktails.

Be sure to visit the Blue Cross RiverRink SummerFest while you still can this summer. Open 7 days a week, come by and get your fix of fun with your friends and family.
